Assistant Project Director of TANF/Child Welfare -NEW POSITION-

Duties include coordinating and serving TANF and Child Welfare consumers/families in Delaware, Ottawa and Craig Counties.  Requires Masters Degree in psychology or a behavioral health related field w/ LADC Licensure or Under Supervision for LADC Licensure and experience providing psychological services.  LADC is preferred.  Salary range is $39,700 to $46,200 depending on licensure and experience.

Must have general knowledge of construction, possess general hand tools and have reliable transportation.  Willingness to learn new trades such as framing, wiring, plumbing, laying carpet and tiling.  Motor vehicle records report, criminal background report and drug testing obtained.

HS Diploma or GED.  Requires knowledge of CPT, HCPC, ICD-9 w/ 3+ yrs. exp. in coding and billing in a physician office setting.  Knowledge in insurance guidelines/policies, including Medicare/Medicaid, to effectively communicate w/ insurance companies.  Insurance contracting and credentialing experience required.

Business Office Manager I

To work in an outpatient behavioral health setting.  Requires HS Diploma or GEDw/ 2+ yrs. current medical office management experience preferred.  Knowledge of general office procedures, business communications, computer entry, payroll and supervisory issues.  Maintains local office MIS, maintenance of county business office records and may maintain simple budget or accounts.  Microsoft experience a plus.  Must possess excellent communication, organizational skills and be multi-task oriented.

Qualifications and Duties

(Applicable to all clinical staff)

The following are qualifications and duties of Behavioral Health Rehab Specialist (BHRS)/ Psychiatric Social Rehab Specialist (PSRS) AND Behavioral Health Professional (BHP):

BHRS/PSRS

Bachelors Degree required, with preference in a mental health field.

BHP

Masters Degree in a behavioral social science field and actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the licensing boards listed in (A) through (F) below. The exemptions from licensure under 59§1353 (4) (Supp. 2000) and (5), 59§1903 (C) and (D) (Supp. 2000), 59§1925.3 (B) (Supp.2000) and (C), and 59§1932 (C) (Supp.2000) and (D) do not apply to Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.

  1. Psychology,
  2. Social Work (clinical specialty only),
  3. Professional Counselor,
  4. Marriage and Family Therapist,
  5. Behavioral Practitioner, or
  6. Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Duties:

Including, but not limited to, the following: case evaluation and assessment, individual and group counseling, case management/rehabilitative services. Screening and crisis intervention in office as needed. Completion of agency documentation in accurate and timely manner.
