Necessary Items Needed at Interview for Professional Positions

  • Official College Transcript

  • Bachelor Level Clinicians - CMII-R Certification or ODMHSAS Grandfathering Letter to provide Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services

If applying as a Bachelor Level Applicant, you will need to start the CMII-R Online Application/Training Process provided through Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS).  Qualification for these positions inlcude a strong preference given to applicants who have already begun the CMII-R Certification process.  NOTE:  If you have a Grandfathering Letter from ODMHSAS indicating you are able to provide Behavioral Health Rehab Services (BHRS) until 6/30/2014, you will need to provide the letter at interview.  To receive instructions on how to begin the CMII-R Online Application/Training Process, please click on the ODMHSAS Link below:

Qualifications and Duties

(Applicable to all clinical staff)

The following are qualifications and duties of Behavioral Health Rehab Specialist (BHRS)/ Psychiatric Social Rehab Specialist (PSRS) AND Behavioral Health Professional (BHP):

BHRS/PSRS

Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or Criminal Justice  CMII-R Certification (ODMHSAS Certification)

BHP

Masters Degree in a behavioral social science field and actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the licensing boards listed in (A) through (F) below. The exemptions from licensure under 59§1353 (4) (Supp. 2000) and (5), 59§1903 (C) and (D) (Supp. 2000), 59§1925.3 (B) (Supp.2000) and (C), and 59§1932 (C) (Supp.2000) and (D) do not apply to Outpatient Behavioral Health Services.

  1. Psychology,
  2. Social Work (clinical specialty only),
  3. Professional Counselor,
  4. Marriage and Family Therapist,
  5. Behavioral Practitioner, or
  6. Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Duties:

Including, but not limited to, the following: case evaluation and assessment, individual and group counseling, case management/rehabilitative services. Screening and crisis intervention in office as needed. Completion of agency documentation in accurate and timely manner.

Full-time Benefit Information

$375 monthly benefit allowance for insurance elections. Company paid pension, long term disability and life insurance. Optional benefits available.  Paid Time Off.
