Wraparound
A Wraparound system of care is a coordinated network of community-based services and support that is organized to meet the challenges of children and youth with serious emotional needs, as well as the needs of their families. Families and youth work in partnership with public and private organizations to ensure that services and supports are effective, build on the strengths of individuals, and address each person’s cultural needs.
O.L.D.R. Wraparound Program
O.L.D.R. is a Wraparound program for persons 60 and older. Using a Wraparound model of service delivery, staff work with consumers and caregivers providing behavioral health and case management services with the intent of helping older individuals remain in their own home.
Children and Adolescents Program
Our Children and Adolescents Program is designed to help persons under the age of 18 improve or maintain their ability to live and be successful in their community, home and school environment.
Emergency Detention and Inpatient Psychiatric Care
