If you are applying as a Bachelor Level Applicant, you will need to start the CMII-R Online Application/Training Process provided through the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS). Qualification for these positions includes a strong preference given to applicants who have already begun the CM II Certification process. Duties for Clinic Staff

Duties for GLMHC Clinic Staff include, but are not limited to, the following: case evaluation and assessment, individual and group counseling, case management/rehabilitative services. Screening and crisis intervention in the office as needed. Completion of agency documentation in an accurate and timely manner. See our qualifications and duties page for more information.

Our agency is also an approved site for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program. The NHSC Loan Repayment Program provides to NHSC applicants $50,000 (or the outstanding balance of qualifying student loans if it is less than $50,000) tax-free, to primary care medical, dental and mental health clinicians in exchange for two years of service.

Medical Marijuana/Cannabis Policy

All jobs are classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Grand Lake Mental Health Center's Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
