Services

Grand Lake Mental Health Care offers a variety of programs and services for individuals age four throughout lifespan. We provide outpatient services which include Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Individual Rehabilitation, Group Rehabilitation, Case Management Services, and Medication Management Services. Programs offered for children and adolescents who have increased behavioral health issues is Systems of Care / Wraparound Services. Other programs we offer on a limited basis include MentalHealth Court and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.

Crisis Services

Crisis Services are available 24-7. During business hours call your closest clinic and follow the phone prompts. After hours, weekends, and holidays our crisis line can be reached at 1-800-722-3611. For persons with hearing or speech disabilities call 911 from your TTY device and the operator will assist you.  >> more

Wraparound Service

A Wraparound system of care is a coordinated network of community-based services and support that is organized to meet the challenges of children and youth with serious emotional needs, as well as the needs of their families. Families and youth work in partnership with public and private organizations to ensure that services and supports are effective, build on the strengths of individuals, and address each person’s cultural needs.  >> more

 

O.L.D.R. Wraparound Program

O.L.D.R. is a Wraparound program for persons 60 and older. Using a Wraparound model of service delivery, staff work with consumers and caregivers providing behavioral health and case management services with the intent of helping older individuals remain in their own home.  >> more

Emergency Detention and Inpatient Psychiatric Care

Mental Health Disorders

Grand Lake Mental Health Care treats many mental health disorders that are found in the DSM-IV-TR (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual). See this page for a list of treated disorders.
